What Holds Me ? and
What I Am Holding ?

Behind this work lies the idea of the egg, which stimulates the entire process. The egg, with its fragile yet solid shell, protects what is inside from sunlight and external elements. This duality of strength and fragility inspired a series of performative exercises, bringing forward the notion of our own “shell” — what it protects, and what lies at our core.

If we consider the brain as the essential base of life and the body as the shell, the question arises: What Holds us, and what  we are holding ?
